A wicker cradle sits before a tall window framed by tied-back cream curtains, the night sky beyond scattered with soft stars and a single bulb glowing overhead. Daisies and yellow blooms crowd the sill and lower edges of the scene, and the whole image is bordered with a scalloped, lace-like edge.
The mood is warm and hushed, like a lullaby caught mid-note.
